Dads

 Dads...

Can fix things when they're broke;

And they can cook an artichoke.

Dads can drive the car real fast,

And they can make a rainbow last.

They know just how to make a living,

And how to pray at each Thanksgiving. 

Dads can cure a painful frown;

Dads will find you when you're down.

Dads can laugh and play all day,

And still be there when they're away.

When dads are sad and under stress, 

They smile and sigh and do their best.

And dads can bring the world to life,

With one kind word they slay the strife.
